At Smart Tronic Corp, we take pride in providing high-quality, customized laser engraving services. Each item is made with precision, care, and tailored to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Custom Products – No Returns or Refunds
All of our engraved products are custom-made based on your specific order details. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items unless they arrive damaged or with an error that was caused by us.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error made by Smart Tronic Corp, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your request, we require:

Once we review the case, we will either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
3. Order Cancellations
Since our engraving process often begins shortly after the order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.
4. Shipping Issues
Smart Tronic Corp is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues whenever possible.
